Initial Consultation
Our consultant will come to your home and provide you with an overview of our services and briefly explain the benefit of using iConstruct over the competition. They will also get basic information on the project you are inquiring about and we will provide you with a price range for the work to be completed.

Design Consultation
Our designers will spend a minimum of 2 hours working on a complete scope of work for your project and provide you with an accurate estimate of cost and time. This service is provided at an hourly rate of $150/hour which will then be deducted from the job total upon completion.
